Congratulations Norwich City Council - Rose Lane MSCP wins the civic category at The Norwich City Design Awards.
It's a great design and has Park Mark too, what could be better?
Car parks that incorporate the Safer Parking Scheme's criteria at design stage mean that crime is 'designed out'. New builds typically report low to zero crime every year so it's well worth it, particularly as these buildings are built to last for decades.
